Christine Marchand has served as a director of Homeland since being elected in March 2010. Ms. Marchand was appointed to the position of Treasurer/CFO officer of Homeland Energy, LLC on December 15th 2008 pursuant to the Management Service Agreement. Ms. Marchand resigned as Homeland Energy's Treasurer/CFO as of January 1, 2010. Ms. Marchand also serves as the CFO for Golden Grain, LLC, where she has held this position since 2005. Prior to her employment at Golden Grain Energy, LLC, Ms. Marchand was the Controller at Kiefer Built, LLC and was an accountant for a public accounting company.
